What a beautiful hotel, lots of class everywhere. The rooms are magnificent, the food is gorgeous, breakfast and in room dining, the staff is very friendly, everything being organised with a lot of taste. From now on I won’t go anywhere else when traveling to Adelaide. The only thing they could add is a couple of bottles of water (Evian would be appropriate…) in the room.

Consistently a great place to stay where you will feel appreciated.

From the moment we checked in to our check out everything was perfect. Mew was lovely at the front desk & provided our preferred room. The room attendant looked after us, ensuring we had our preferred coffee capsules. Towels were large & fluffy. Didn't want to leave the bed & pillows - so cosy. The pool was heated this time! The Cuvée bar was the only bar open after 10pm on a Sat night! We know this as we walked the CBD with a friend, only to return. The bar staff were lovely & went out of their way to find me an Aust chardonnay! They also made the best coffee. Selection of meals consistently great. We travel a lot. This is my favourite Aust hotel & so easy to travel to & get around Brisbane from here. We will be back.

Quality hotel where you can get a good nights sleep as well as be in the heart of the CBD. Good security, friendly staff, luxury bedding.

Thank you we had such a beautiful stay. Can’t wait to be back at the end of the year. amazing rooms, staff, and amazing food. Room and amenities are excellent, rooms were clean amazing view. Everything spot on. Very attentive concierge crew..

I was told when booking direct the Hotel would match any booking site and to send a screen shot of the booking. I did that then they Director of Revenue wanted a shot which includes URL,room type, dates ,rate plan of stay which I had provided. This was all too much I went to another Hotel at a lower rate.
